Scott: Now that things have settled down a bit here in our new home in Virginia, I wanted to send you a note of thanks for your help in selling our home in Fisher, IN. I must say that Carrie and I felt at ease working with you from the very beginning. You were always very transparent in your comments and suggestions. You were extremely knowledgeable of the area and what price we should set our home at. We really enjoyed how you kept us in the communication loop and had back up plans in case our house wouldn't show. The good news is that we didn't need to go to the back up plans, because our house showed very well and sold in record time for the price we wanted! In this market, that is truly an accomplishment!
